long time no post
Time has just been racing by. I'll be back soon...
In the meantime, a challenge to fit these nutrient-rich foods into your diet on a regular basis:
spinach
yogurt
tomatoes
carrots
blueberries
black beans
walnuts

The only one I struggle with on that list is black beans because they are harder to deal with (i.e. need to be soaked overnight). I assume canned is ok - can get those from the organic shop near here. But the rest feature regularly if not daily.
Bet Q would enjoy blueberries.. my kids do. Frozen or fresh they gobble them up.

This virus or whatever it is won't let me access windows internet explorer. When I try to start in safe mode it says something like sorry for the inconvenience your computer won't start in safe mode. I want to run a malwarebytes scan and delete whatever this is, what can I do? Please help.
