muffin cup mondays

I got this idea from another blog...once a week serving up lunch in a muffin tin. It's a great way to introduce new things or to try to get him to like something. He's become a bit picky lately, turning his nose up at things he used to love. It can be frustrating. Paybacks are hell, right mom?
